I take ala and also acetyl L carnitine and benfotamine(soluable B1) These vitamins. help the pain in my toes a lot. I went to a presentation about stem cell treatment yesterday. It costs 7-10k for one treatment. After doing some research on the web I came to the conclusion that it might have some benefit for some young people but probably of no value for old people like me. I would like to hear what other people think about stem cell treatments.
