@tomrennie My surgical consult with Stanford Dr discovered 2 liver lesions that metastasized from Pnet. Awaiting info for liver ablation and whether it can be done at same time or near distal and splenectomy. Still grade 1.8 well differentiated. Trying to figure out logistics and understanding

@kathyfujii At least you know what you are battling against. Other than surgery, have any other treatment options been discussed?
