@sheceegold yeah, no offense, but CBD balm is not going to be effective on the levels of nerve pain we are discussing here. Maybe on muscle soreness and overal inflamation, but not shocks and needles in my foot and massive compression and pain in my lower back

@dougs72 Agreed. CBD doesn’t help with everything but it is better than most drugs. For nerve compression in back pain I suggest you explore what helped me. An MRI showed nerve compression in spinal discs. Minor surgery (a disc decompression) gave almost immediate relief. Over night in the hospital and I was up the next day. No physical therapy or follow-up was needed. 15 years later and still pain free. CBD balm relieves pain in my knee and toe that was injured about 10 years ago. It, too, give almost immediate relief but needs repeat appliation about 10 hours later . CBD is my first go-to attempt at relief. And it usually works.
