@bdurel, Just wanted to let you know that I'm thinking of you, and hoping that you are finding some comfort with the physical issues, and peace with some of the emotions. You are having to face so much all at once. Don't be afraid to reach out to your oncology office between visits. The nurses there may be able to provide suggestions for any issues that arise between visits. Sending hugs.

@bdurel thanks for letting us know how you're doing. it's not an easy path that you're on and you're showing a lot of courage. my cancer center has oncology nurse practioners that help with managing chemo side effects. if your clinic in Redding doesn't have those, I imagine UC Davis does. as far as your hair, I would do what will be the least worst emotionally for you: ordering a wig to have on hand just in case, going with a shorter style for now. I've just cut my hair into a short shag style to try to work with what is left, so I get it. sending you lots of hugs.
