@jamessaxo I eat red meat but not often. I eat salmon and other fish much more often. I take, among many other OTC supplements, 1000Mg of Vitamin B12 daily. And, I do have neuropathy. I have not heard of Methylcobalamin until now. When adding that to one's list, what do physicians usually suggest you start with on a daily basis? Also, when adding Methylcobalamin to one's diet, do you then stop the daily intake of B-12 supplements?

@mikeas. METHYLCOBALAMIN is one of 3 types of b12. Older stomachs have less acid from which B12 is extracted. Many older stomach linings have worn down villi. You can get the whole picture off the Internet.
