Hi @leze, and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Your resistant blood pressure is caused by something, please do not give up!
I notice @swade88 commented and may have more to share.
You are headed for serious problems the longer your blood pressure is not controlled. Blood pressure is determined by two things: the amount of blood the heart pumps and how hard it is for the blood to move through the arteries. Here is some general information from Mayo Clinic if you haven’t had a chance to review it:
- Mayo Clinic High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) Overview:

I also found an article that may guide you through troubleshooting you can do yourself. I’m not familiar with the source so please don’t use this as a substitute for medical advice.
-Resistant Hypertension: When BP Stays High Despite Medication

I have had amazing success at Mayo Clinic MN and highly recommend their integrative care. You can pursue an appointment here: http://mayocl.in/1mtmR63
What guidance for follow-up do you get from the ER, especially after several visits? What have you learned about what is and what is not causing your hypertension?
