My husband had this problem after about a week with catheter. We went to the ER late evening and waited till 3 am to be seen. The duty doctor told us the catheter had somewhat dislodged but pulling it out and fixing it in would be painful. Since we had just 2 more days to go with the catheter, he told us to just watch for infection or puss, but otherwise should be ok. However he did try to put it in place by gentle manoeuvre and that helped somewhat.

I have heard other people complain about this problem. They have different size tubes they can put in for the catheter and I guess the one you have is a little bit too small.
I had a catheter for 14 days and had no problems at all with leakage.
