@sevillas We did, too! I found a recipe on Pinterest for "onion bombs". There were several different ones but I went with ground beef, cheese and bacon. I stuffed the onions like stuffed peppers. They were so sweet after roasting and the filling was moist. Kwik Trip onions...who knew?
