@lylii I take SO many vitamins. I take a calcium but I also take magnesium because my internist sister said for the calcium to be absorbed correctly, I should take magnesium. Low dose. I have my calcium checked in blood tests regularly. I also take 25mcg of Vitamin D, B12, C, plus a daily vitamin for Seniors.
I have lost so much weight. I don’t have an appetite anymore for some reason. My PCP is always worried about my weight loss and acts like I might have undiagnosed cancer. My usual normal weight was always 140 lbs.
After 28 days in a horrid rehabilitation nursing facility for breaking my shoulder and two vertebrae, where the food was impossible to eat, I lost 20 pounds. Plus I had dental students make dentures that were impossible to eat with. I made a mistake doing that. Lost more weight, then I got some good dentures.
I live alone and hate to cook now. I can’t seem to get above 105 lbs. I look sick. I try to eat fattening foods, but that doesn’t even work. Ice cream every night before bed. I try to keep my bad cholesterol down by taking fiber supplements. I have always had to watch my cholesterol.
