I've been using Cialis for about one year, taking 5 mg per day, except for taking 20 mg twice per week. I have stopped taking it two or three times to test whether it is making a difference in ED, and I see a definite difference, so I have continued taking it. I did not know it had an impact on incontinence. 16 months post surgery, I am still having trouble with considerable leakage when I am standing or otherwise active (not sitting). Is there a connection between Cialis and incontinence?

@ramblinman Not incontinence but urethra restriction. Besides, the marketed ED benefits a Cialis side effect is relaxation of smooth muscle that improves urine flow. I was able to drop Flowmax with daily Cialis, but that will not occur in severe cases (weaker effect). The primary reason it is used post RP is to increase blood flow as mentioned.
