Yes, if they are burning the nerve bundle that is different. For me, they were burning the tumor to destroy it. Just dead tissue was left behind. Just guessing, but for nerves, they may heal and regenerate over time. I have a friend who has had to repeat nerve ablations in her back for pain. Ablation technique can be used for lots of different things. Frustrating for you to have the medical professionals dropping the ball on your care.
