everyone has crystals in their ears, that help with balance, dizziness, etc -- the crystals, for some reason, migrate out of the canals, and need to be put back in place -- google vestibular or ear crystals --- they probably can explain it much better

Hi--I know I have tried the maneuver to get crystals back in alignment through my Dr and also at home using the technique. I know it helps a lot of people. Unfortunately, it didnt help me so I started youtube searching... I came across this Dr that does a technique that uses acupressure you can do yourself. For some reason, that DID help me.,There are all kinds of information about different techniques on there, and Ill try anything to see if it works. if one type doesnt, then try another.. 🙂
