@cardigan I am sorry for the extreme delayed response. I definitely feel that I have a weak pelvis and am working on strengthening it with pelvic floor/physical therapy. The PT told me that the pain/discomfort I am feeling is definitely my pelvic floor and possible tendonitis (which is more than highly likely). I am also getting acupuncture on my pelvic area.
