Thanks for the information.
My wife is down to 87 pounds from 120's. She is 70 years old and we hope to celebrate our 50th anniversary in June. I am willing to try anything at this point if it will help her. The most difficult thing in my life is watching my wife dwindle away and there is nothing I can do. I am the primary caregiver and refuse to put her in a nursing home where she is just waiting to die.

@kim9787 Yes ofc. I completly understand where u r coming from as a nurse and med aide. there r some good nursing homes out there but it is tough to find. that is a dangerously low weight a sim sure ur aware of. what r her doctors doing? have the suggested things like ensure drink for the morning to try to get some protein in?
