Typically, we suggest to Connect members that if at any point they start to consider hurting themselves, that they call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (https://988lifeline.org/) for immediate help.

It does sound like this type of resource is feeling a bit scary to call for gothakechi. I'm hoping you might consider trying it out, though, gothakechi.
