I never found THC to help in any way with my hot flashes. There are a lot of other solutions that did work.

@jeffmarc Thanks. I've heard and read about estradiol patches. If I ever need to I may go there, though I'm a bit averse to any additional prescriptions, so "need" would be the keyword there. Anything else?
