I broke 2 vertebrae’s by picking up a pack of water. Thats when I found out I had Osteoporosis. After surgery my lower back hurts, if I reach for anything I get sharp pain in my upper back . I recently did a little painting in my grandson room and my back where ribs end and front are so sore to touch. I went to my Dr he said it might be a UTI. But I don’t think it would be so hard to breathe in or even get up out of bed. It hurts so bad to even cough.
