@louis228 Excellent! I find exercise the most important aspect of my airway clearance. But your routine puts me to shame!
I stopped antibiotics over 6 years ago when some of my sputum cultures will still positive, relying on airway clearance with saline nebs (at mist daily, occasional now)and I have been MAC-free since 2020.

@sueinmn I was a federal law enforcement officer for 32 years and I have exercised at least 5 days a week so I never stopped after I retired. I don’t think I know how to stop now. I just back off when my body says enough is enough. I’ve learned to excuse myself when I hit my wall of fatigue and and my family and friends are very understanding.
