Awe, guys , I am so sorry, I am here as a proxy for my husband so I do not know how it effects hot flashes. I can not sleep due to high stress related to my husband's cancer diagnosis and after trying all kind of things which either did not help or caused horrible side effects I decided to try this and it works wonders.
I just Googled and this is what AI said :
"Cannabinoids, particularly THC and CBD, are increasingly used to manage hot flashes and menopausal symptoms by potentially acting on the body's temperature regulation and endocannabinoid system. Users often report reduced hot flash severity, improved sleep, and lower anxiety. However, high-quality clinical trials are limited, and effectiveness varies ".

@surftohealth88 Thanks for this pointer. I am always wary of "alternative medicine" (Ivermectin - sheesh!), but this isn't that. THC/CBD can do no harm if added on top of my treatment (and I can no longer lose my job over it!), so I'll keep that option in my back pocket if the hot flashes ever seriously disrupt my needed rest. Thanks again. And good luck to you and your husband. Regarding your stress, may I return the favor and STRONGLY recommend "Androgen Deprivation Therapy - An Essential Guide for Prostate Cancer Patients and their Loved Ones", by Wassersug et. al.
