@gc4217 @115 Eating and staying hydrated is important. There were times that I ate my way through nausea. It might not makes sense, but I found nausea is worse on an empty stomach.

@tomrennie yes, I started right after diagnosis setting a schedule drinking water during the day to reach 96oz a day. I now can drink between 96 and 100 oz throughout the day with no problem. It even helped making my bladder hold more before using the restroom. I’m now working on small meals and making sure my skin is moisturized.

@tomrennie that’s how I am too usually when I’m nauseated.
