Is thirmik a good bone supplement

I went to àn endocrinologist & he wants to start me on fosamax. I read about the drug & could not believe that a doctor would want to put me on such a drug! I am going to have to do a lot of research & figure it out myself.

What are your specific concerns? Can you provide more information about yourself. What are your dexa scan numbers, your age, etc. thanks

@lbakerreill83 I declined Fosamax after reading articles saying it offered minimal benefits as far as fracture prevention. It slows down the loss of bone but also slows down the formation of new bone. Your DEXA may appear better, but you could have older, more brittle bones.
