I'm assuming that the first thing would be PT. My appointment is this week for the ortho PA. I was ahead of you to ask for a placard but my guess is if I get one at all it will be a temp. This ortho practice is very tough on giving them out.

@gussie No, PT won't be any good for a tear. The only thing would be surgery. I had tears on both sides. I had to have 2 surgeries, 3 months apart. PT after the surgeries.
