Yes, the videos showing the eRapid say to do this.
But I don't, because I just can't abide all that salt going into the air and making my air purifiers go wrrrrrrrr. I want it to go into my lungs.
I would love to talk to a specialist familiar with the eRapid about the way I am nebbing. I have certainly heard on expert webinars that it's good to breathe in deeply, hold the breath, and get as much salt mist into the lungs as possible, and sometimes to do 2 saline vial's worth instead of just 1. So I figure I'm getting more of the vial into my lungs that otherwise. But I am also not strictly following the official directions.
