@ken224 I had aquablation surgery 2/25 this year. As of this date, I too am experiencing RE so far. My follow up appointment with the doctor will be in June and I'll address the issue then...as everything else has been a great outcome. Took all of 6 weeks, (and then some), to feel normal again...including a strong stream, full night sleep with no or maybe one bathroom trip, very little urgency and most importantly...no feeling I had a continued UTI. Other than the RE...I'm very pleased with the outcome of aquablation so far and hoping the RE will dissipate over time. Would be great to hear from anyone else on the forum that experienced initial RE and then eventually went back to normal.

@b140 how were the first 2 weeks? i had my surgery last monday and cath removed on thursday. I still have mostly small voids that stop and go and still spray at times. there is feeling of fullness and and soreness of the prostate/urethra . not sure what my pvr is but i do feel bloated. i found it interesting when you said you had that uti feeling for 6 weeks.
