@livininthestix I had mine on and off for more than 20 years; for me they were a marker for the intolerance to gluten (celiac triggered later by H1N1). I also had itchy skin rashes. Irksome putting one's arms down and feeling the lumps. It is good that your doctors are ruling out the dangerous culprits. If additional inflammation and other tests come up negative, consider an elimination diet to see if your are sensitive to some food(s). There is no good test for non-celiac gluten sensitivity. My celiac panel test was negative, but I tried gluten free afterwards and my rash, lumps, and GI and reflux problems went away (GI in days, rash and reflux a few months).

@kayabbott thats awesome you figured out how to settle it all down. I tried eliminating all kinds of foods, sugars, dairy, and processed foods. I only eat meat that is raised by me or my family and grow most of our own veggies. The arms going down is so uncomfortable so I get what you mean there. Hopefully I will get some answers soon. Thanks again. Its nice hearing from someone who knows that feeling. I appreciate it more than you know!!
