I am 54 and have been on HRT for over a decade. My dexa scores have drastically declined. I am now a -4.4 in my spine and -3.1 in my hip. I have taken other osteoporosis meds in the past and have just had my first dose of evenity. My doctor said that because I went into early menopause at 38 and because my mom has osteoporosis, is why I have it. I tried to go off osteo meds for a while and just do HRT, strength training, supplements and diet. It did not work and now I am paying the price.
