@sara53 Hi and welcome to Mayo Connect. I am sorry to hear about the spasms, but it seems that you are not alone in having them. I am glad that standing and walking seem to help. Are they getting more or less frequent over time? Other than the spasms, how are you feeling?

Thank you for the welcome. I am feeling well and my spasms are infrequent. My oncologist checks on me every 3 months so far with blood work and a CT scan with contrast. Get anxious when I have the scan and blood work until I get the results. Now that the weather is warmer, I have started walking again.
