@dvargo Thanks - very interesting about your testosterone and progress. I had some self-pay tests done recently and I did not check my testosterone because I did not yet understand the importance of it. Video linked below is influencing me which has a key message is that one needs to measure testosterone to see whether you need it.

I am 6 months on the same HRT as @kshea2 above: estradiol 2x weekly 0.05 patch and 100mg micronized Progesterone, prescribed by my great PCP.
