@baguette And for the other patient PPI's are not the answers. A good GI specialist will start you on medications such a Nortriptyline/ Amitryptyline. They are tricyclic antidepressants but used in smaller doses they help pain and modulate the brain. A lot of this stuff is hypersensitivity issues and dysregulated nervous system issues
