@vjm0223 Thank you this was extremely helpful. It is tempting to stop taking prednisone when the original disease is controlled. The fatigue and brain fog are the worst.

@dswilson913 yes it is tempting. Fortunately I haven’t experienced any fatigue the whole time. I’m about to go down to 2 mg in a week, so hope I don’t experience that. I have to wonder if it’s because I’ve been on low carbs for years.
