I'm at my last Evenity infusion next month and I know that my provider is recommending Reclast. I've had Tymlos and then Evenity. It looks like a choice between Reclast and Prolia, so I think I'll go with Reclast.
I'm not happy with being on long-term meds, but I'm not on anything else and keep reminding myself that all sorts of medications are forever to prevent worse (heart meds, blood pressure, diabetes ...) and I would hate fractures even more than I hate the meds!

I’m curious if you will be having a dexa at the end of Evenity. I’m interested if Evenity increased your hip BMD as that is my trouble spot. I’ve been on Tymlos for nearly 2 years. My hip went from -3.6 to -3.1 in the first year so I still have a lot of work to do. I would like to do another dexa in June to see if spine continued to improve but won’t be able to measure hips due to hardware. Thanks!
