The PSA is so low that it is not really relevant yet. If it ever hits .1 a doctor might be interested in following it.
At this point, you really don’t have anything to worry about. You were treated way too early. They stopped PSA testing 14 years ago because people were being Over treated when they had a Gleason 6. You probably could’ve gone on active surveillance for many years and not had anything get worse.
If your PSA ever starts doubling In less than six months, it’s time to start being concerned.

Just wanted to say that sometimes some benign prostate tissue is left behind that can produce some PSA and some small amount is produced by salivary glands, breast tissue and some other glands in urinary tract. Since rise is so slow, even if there is "something" it is probably very low grade and indolent. *knock the wood
Also, I understand you choice of RP at 3+3. If I knew what I know now my husband would have had RP at first 3+3 that was discovered 7 years ago. His 3+3 in single core became 4+5 with IDC and cribriform in that period. : (((
