Hello, I dont have much more input, sorry. My celiac aneurysm is fusiform with(vessel is dilated) not saccular. It is my understanding that they are treated differently. Think my condition was related to bad cholecystitis and gallstone pancreatitis. I had inflammation, though mild around this vessel on theCT scan. Probably weakened it.

As far as which hospital, check us news and world for ratings for cardiovascular care, seems that cleveland is #3 and Mayo #4. two other NY hospitals are 1 and 2. Best wishes
