I bought the osteoporosis diet cookbook for seniors by Ovia Cooper. I use it so much and sometimes just look up different recipes for salmon, chicken ect.. the book has a 28 day meal plan and grocery list each week

@mmjhinger8 where did you purchase it? I searched Amazon but didn't find it there.
