@bigmig long ago, so no detail…but muscle pain was a problem, though not sure how much was due to the statin…it seemed to help some…i didn’t replace statins, just have done the best I could with lifestyle adaptations….i have yet to hear of any great substitute that doesn’t have some issues…we all probably feel the same. Any great info out there, bring it on !
