Wow a EF of 62! Normal is 50-70. That is great. Wish I had that number. Mine is 22% but has been the same for over 10 years. I was told a long time ago that HF will do one of 3 things: Get better, stay stable, get worse.

Hopefully the Jardiance will help raise mine up too!
