@jamessaxo much later but... hope this finds you well! i am in severe pain most of 7 months from tooth extraction and (like your running)... find that walking outside (or even grocery shopping) helps the pain! (but currently returns with a vengeance for hours after eating/drinking--even soft foods and room temperature beverages)...
