Hello,
.2 cm is pretty small. Watch and wait is a prudent approach. They will probably have periodic MRIs done to track growth, if any. I also had a right frontal lobe meningioma that was too large to not deal with immediately, so surgery it was. It’s too soon to be able to determine whether surgery would be required. I realize that knowing there is something in your head that shouldn’t be there is frightening. Hang in there and please get regular monitoring.

@kdog1957 I had the same meningioma in 1990. Woke up one mor ning with massive headache.Mine was benign also right front lobe. Out of bed in 2 days painting my toe nails. I've been blessed .
