I would suggest contacting your doctor. You don't want to undo their work. They should have given you instructions for how long you need to gravity poop. Mine was very specific but that was 3.5 years ago for me and have forgotten the timeline he gave me.

Yes, going to err on the side of caution for sure. In first phase, it was and forgive the descriptor just liquid. Now in second phase, so soft gravity poop for the win. Thank you
