I was dx with pancreatic cancer with metastasis to liver in January 2026. After 8 rounds of chemo that didn't change things (started a different chemo), a new lesion was found deep in the pelvic area, suspicious for peritoneal cancer. Because I am stage 4 pan-can, I doubt we'll test further unless it grows. Peritoneal suspicion is a small lesion. Other than fatigue, I do not have any other symptoms. The initial CT scan was to determine if I had pancreatitis, which I did, along with the discovery of pancan.
