Thanks for the information. I' m still early on in my recovery but I have heard of PROACT as well as an AUS for an artificial sphincter with good results. I'm hoping I continue to get better and won't need either, but we will see.

Be aware that the proACT Device does not work if you’ve had radiation either as your primary treatment or as salvage radiation. It hardens the urethra and that doesn’t work with those balloons to close down the urethra.
