Husband's elevated PSA level: What could it mean?

I was told that a rising PSA score means that it is growing.
Ours went from 1, to 18 in 3 months. Then to 31 after 2 more weeks. Our Gleason score is 5+5 (on a scale of 1 to 10). Yours may not be as aggressive. Hopefully!
I would definitely pursue this soon!

What they go by is the doubling rate of your PSA?

With this high doubling rate and a very aggressive cancer, The most aggressive, Something needs to be done soon.
