FYI........My cardiologist does not want me to go to gym. I am 81 y.o with an ascending aortic aneurysm size of 4.8cm. He specifically ruled out doing any planks, stomach crunches, and (surprisingly) squats.......not done with weights. He said only treadmill was OK.

@ewei6911 Wow! I do all of those exercises and mine has not grown as a result of that ( mine has remained at 4.0cm since diagnosed. Only exercises my doctor advised against was where it required holding your breath.
