What helps to slow testosterone growth?

Hello 2 All Friends! Guys!

I got tested yesterday:

My testosterone up to 1.4 from 1.0, my PSA continue to fall - 0.02.
I haven't changed my medications.

Why is my testosterone fluctuating up and down? 🙁
I have to admit, for four months I've been quitting my diet and eating everything, mostly meat, ice cream, and fast food.

I'm confused as to what's causing my testosterone again lite to rise.

@denis76 From 1 to 1.4 is really nothing to worry about when it comes to T.
T can rise after exercise as well…but at these castrate levels, you are really fine.

I am not sure if you are measuring testosterone With nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL) in the U.S., or nanomoles per liter (nmol/L) international.
1.4*28.85=40.39 Ng/dL

Figuring you were using the international measurement a 40 Testosterone is pretty darn high For someone on ADT.

I’m wondering if you’ve had genetic testing? I know that one other person had the same problem because they had a genetic problem of ATM, which made it so that Androgens like Lupron didn’t get their PSA down correctly, But antiandrogen’s like Firmagon did work properly.

There is another possibility, however. Your body may just be becoming Resistant to the ADT type, you are on now. I’m having that exact problem, I’ve been on Orgovyx For three years and my Testosterone is starting to rise. I may have to switch over to Lupron to see if it will make a difference. Just depends on what the blood test show over the next few months.

Talk to your doctor about androgen versus antiandrogen versions of ADT drugs, and whether a change may be needed for you.

Good to hear your PSA is not changing, At least you are not becoming Castrate resistant.
