@mikead63 ..........well, so much for all the above i tried. Since all else has not done much, or simply failed..........get ready for a chuckle of what i found....
i again googled............what can cause weakness in the thighs, and buttocks.......i got different answers then before......
out of several answers from A1......one of them, and this is a true answer.....
Dead Butt Syndrome............after laughing a bit, i continued to look up info.
turns out, doing exercises for the ....Dead Butt......has helped more than all the other things i tried. I put on my favorite Rock n roll songs, and i do NOT dance, but i move my legs/thighs to the rhythm, but i do put the pressure in that area, including tightning up the, ummm, buttocks......i have to make sure i feel the pressure, not just move lightly. being now, 83, that gave me strength to go to Vegas, walk thru the gigantic casinos, actually fast walk up the ramps, no cane, no holding on to ramp bars.....could not do that prior to the exercises I chose to do myself. the ones from physical therapy, seems to be almost, one size fits all, so i make mine according to putting the pressure where i personally need them. one surprise, my left leg had been hmm, knotted??? tight??? for a long time, after just one 30 minute of my Rn R session, the thightness was gone..............And all this is FREE.......bottom of my feet had been feeling tightness, i placed magnets in both shoes, the plasti form type. about maybe 3 inches long, and width to fit my shoe. i centered them in the arch of my shoes. wore them every day for a few weeks. i quit wearing them about a month ago, feet are much better. Negative side needs to touch the body. Positive can cause serious problems, and if you have any type of implants, be it heart, or something else, you should not use magnets, so i'm NOT suggesting anyone does that. I'm simply saying what I did. Takes a lot of research finding the right ones. If i only do a once a week exercise to my music, and make sure to put pressure in all the right places, so far, legs are doing fine.............so far..........
