@franciekid It was mildly uncomfortable for a couple days, but I also had fiducial markers implants at the same time so it's hard to say whether the discomfort was from the gel or the surgery to implant the markers.

I *DID* notice the gel if I sat in certain positions, and was told no bicycling until after radiation was complete to prevent any possibility of the gel moving. It felt like a small amount of pressure. It wasn't painful. It did make my bowel movements narrower for awhile but not so narrow that it was uncomfortable or painful.
