@tomrennie Hi Tom, thanks so much for the kind response and info 🙂
At this point, we're confident in the treatment plan (2nd round of chemo in process). And goal is to get to surgery (tumor is in body of pancreas, close to celiac artery). We will know more end of May. At that point, we'll pursue 2nd opinions for sure (likely Dana Farber but could be Mayo and/or others). Seems that there'svery promising news lately about MRNA, KRAS vaccines/meds
Overall we are keeping positive and hopeful 🙂

@golfgirl1 When the tumor impacts nearby arteries and veins, it can make treatment more challenging. So, your plan sounds great to me. You can always pursue other opinions later if you feel they are necessary. There are a lot of promising treatments on the horizon. It's exciting. I believe staying positive mentally also has positive impacts physically. Please keep us posted on your journey ok? We all learn from each other. Thanks.
