I have attached the recipe file with both versions of the muffins I'm making. One has fruits and veggies and one has fruit only. I put in lots of notes that will hopefully be helpful. I'm sure everyone has their own quirky version of dysphagia so I hope this muffin works for you or anyone who just wants a healthy muffin. Let me know if you try one of them. Enjoy!
