No. They show scarring from radiation, which has been shrinking from Nov to Jan to Apr. For the tumor area, the scans show what is called necrosis (dead tissue being cleaned up). They did some biopsies in Jan just to confirm it wasn't still cancerous. As of today, the tumors are "cleared" and blood work has steadily improved toward "normal" ranges. I have a couple of things still above and below normal. So technically they say I'm "cleared" right now.

Hopefully future scans will continue to show shrinking necrosis and scarred tissue as well as no new tumors popping up. However, since pancreatic cancer has a high rate of return in first 3 years, I expect the quarterly check ups to continue until they go to 6 months, then annual, then whatever. My understanding is if it does come back, since I didn't have the Whipple to remove it, it most likely would move me to stage 3 or 4, which is why I want the check ups as frequent as safety permits due to radiation from scans.

@deanhobart All things considered, that's very positive. Necrosis can happen when tumors shrink. Take the good news and move forward with a positive outlook. The quarterly scans will keep you informed on what's going on. Don't think about what could happen if it returns. You can only deal with what you know. You know things are great right now. Does that make sense?
