Idiopathic Peripheral Neuropathy. If you have it, the first thing you need to know is that it affects individuals in so many different ways and there are so many different ways to treat it.

Before reading all the ideas and suggestions of what works and what doesn't do your research before falling down into the rabbit hole of all the false claims to throw your money away! Information online from Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy (foundationforpn.org), Neuropathy Commons (neuropathycommons.org) etc. Once you have become your own best advocate you can cruise through the various support groups with an educated and open mind!

Good luck!

@mikead63 - You are so right, so many rabbit holes to fall down into if you believe some of the false hope being advertised. In addition to the great list you provided for doing your research, I just ran across a new one this morning - Calgary Neuropathy Association which seems to be the Canadian equivalent of the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy - https://calgaryneuropathy.com/cna-100-things-neuropathy-relief/.
